Upgradation of Consular Premises

NOTICE

Consulate General of India, Toronto is in process to improvise the Consular Hall in the Consulate. Following jobs are required to be carried out for betterment of the area:

- Improvement of public counters:

Removing/modified existing visa counter as per design.
Installation of visa counter face made of P-Lam.
Installation of upper counter made of quartz
Installation of glass with frame.

- Installation of column bulkhead:

Removing existing base board.
Installation of framing on existing column.
Installation of panel on framing made of P-lam
Cutting necessary cutout for electrical receptacles
Installation of electrical receptacles

- Installation of bulkhead framing

Removing existing material.
Installation of framing on existing bulkhead.
Installation of panel on framing made of P-lam
Cutting necessary cutout for electrical/HVAC receptacles
Installation of electrical receptacles
Installation of heating grill/ return air grill.

- Supply and installation of Reception table

Relocation of existing table with all service like, electrical and data.
Installation of new table as per design
Installation of electrical and data receptacles.
