APPOINTMENT FOR IN-PERSON SERVICE AT THE CONSULATE

1. VISA/PASSPORT

The in-person/over the counter service is reserved only for emergency cases through appointment. Walk-ins are not allowed.

What constitutes an emergency?

Only cases related to death/critical illness of an immediate family member (parent, child or sibling. Indirect family members are not included in this criteria) are considered emergency cases. Such applicants are required to apply for appointment on SAMPARK portal (https://www.cgitoronto.gov.in/sampark/) and upload all the documents listed properly. Appointment if granted can be checked at Sampark portal.

2. ATTESTATION SERVICES

Walk-in attestation service is available at the Consulate between 0900 hrs till 1200 hrs.
