M/s BLS International has provided Level 1, Escalation 2 and Escalation 3 types of complaint redressal mechanism on their website which can be seen at this link: www.blsindia-canada.com/toronto-jurisdiction/escalation-matrix.php.

If complaint is not responded or not resolved by M/s BLS International even after following the above mentioned matrix, applicant may approach this Consulate through ‘BLS related Queries’ under ‘Consular Queries’ available on this Consulate’s website: https://sampark.cgitoronto.gov.in
