Corrigendum to Tender No. TOR/ADMN/884/01/2024

Attention is invited to the Tender No. TOR/ADMN/884/01/2024 published by this Post on 06^thMarch 2024 for Annual Maintenance Contract for computers and peripherals, servers and network equipment and internet cabling work in the Consulate premises.

The following amendments are made in the Technical Bid Proforma :-

1.	5 year’s existence of the business	Atleast 3 year’s existence of the business
2.	The bidder shall furnish a list of companies, organization including international organization, Consulates/Embassies with whom they have a professional relationship such as carrying out repairs/AMC/internet cabling work either current or in the past	The bidder shall furnish testimonials, letters/certificate of appreciation etc. if available, to certify their technical capabilities along with details of incorporation, tax registration and any insurance, if applicable.
3.	Audited balance sheets for last three years	Bank account statements along with tax returns and any other details the bidder thinks fit to certify that they are running a successful business.

All the interested bidders are advised to take note of the aforesaid revision in the Technical Bid Proforma and submit their Technical Bids accordingly.
