  • The Consulate appointed BLS Canada to render the attestation services on behalf of Consulate.

  • The Consulate reserves the right to reject attestation of documents the contents of which are objectionable or contrary to the Rules.

Please Note : 

  • Attestation for Canadian Nationals : (Canadian or citizen of any other country) document to be attested has to be notarized and authenticated by the Ministry of Government Services, Ontario (address: 222 Jarvis Street, Main Floor, Toronto, M7A 0B6) or the concerned Provincial authorities before submitting it at BLS Center. The consulate will attest the seal and signature of the concerned Provincial authorities on the page attached by them with the POA.
