We understand the matter is related to trade dispute arising due to a default by Indian Supplier.

  1. Maintaining a good relationship with foreign buyers and suppliers is of utmost importance and complaints or trade disputes, whenever they arise, need to be settled amicably as soon as possible. A mechanism to resolve quality complaints or trade disputes is structured and the grievant may register the complaint at https://www.dgft.gov.in/CP/?opt=quality-compaints 
  2. Exporters/Importers (Indian/Foreigner) may fill in the Online Application Form https://www.dgft.gov.in/CP/?opt=quality-compaints and submit it to the jurisdictional DGFT Office/SEZ.
  3. Please submit your complaint in brief and upload relevant documents concerning the complaint in pdf format (Max 5 MB size).
  4. On submission of the Online Application Form, a Unique Reference Number (URN) will be generated by the system which should be quoted in all future references. Status of the complaint can also be found at the 'View Status' link.
