  1. Sealed cover bids are invited for the disposal of furniture items. In case you are interested in purchasing the same, you may submit your bid as per enclosed proforma in a sealed cover to Head of Chancery, CGI Toronto.

 

  1. The furniture items as mentioned in Para 1 above are stores at 2424 Finch Ave W Unit 11, North York, ON M9M 2E3. Interested parties may like to inspect the furniture items at the above address. Details of inspection, contact person, tender acceptance are as given below :-

 

  1. Date and time for inspection of items: 20.11.2023 to 24.11.2023 (between 2.30 PM to 4 PM) ; Contact details : +1-416-707-5381

  2. Date and time for submission of bid : Until 29.11.2023 (1100 hrs)

  3. Date and time for opening of bids : 29.11.2023 (1130 hrs)

  4. Reserved Price fixed as mentioned in Para 1 above i.e. C$ 2722.00.

  5. Offer quotations below the reserved price will not be accepted.
